I wanted to take a moment and send you a letter of thanks for your great work on the short sale of my home.  When we first met in July, I told you how difficult my lender was during my attempts at loan modification.  I thought your odds of being successful would be slim. We certainly had some challenges with Quantum however you never gave up and guided me expertly through this process and I am thrilled with the outcome.  I still can’t believe this same lender who gave me fits through loan mod attempt after loan mod attempt actually closed on our short sale last week. It was great how you were able to work out me keeping possession of the house even after I was scheduled for foreclosure.  That extra time you arranged was invaluable.

Even more amazing is that you were able to sell my house for $225,000 less than my mortgage and I ended up not owing my mortgage company a penny, your service costing me nothing and my credit is intact as a result of avoiding a foreclosure.  I am shocked at how you were able to deal with the other liens on my home which I thought would keep me from being able to sell. Somehow, you made them go away…..

            Losing your home to foreclosure is probably among one of the most painful and depressing experiences you will ever encounter. You'll be inundated  and confused with mailers from realtors, bankruptcy attorneys, "vultures and sharks" offering to buy your home. A friend mentioned he heard good things about Rob Carrino and I gave him a call. 

            Rob Carrino works miracles!!! I first contacted Rob in July regarding "short selling" my house @ 7430 Fireside Lane In Flowery Branch.  We had offers before the bank had an appraiser out to look at it. 

            I postponed the sale and tried to get a loan modification 1 more time.  Rob let me know he was in the wings if I needed him.  Finally 6 months  after I exhausted all avenues with Wells Fargo, and foreclosure was imminent, I called Rob 2 days before foreclosure.
